Current Students: Transcript request forms are available in the JHS counseling office, or you may download and print your own (button below). Please allow 2-3 school days for processing. An email notice will be sent to your school account when your transcripts are ready to be picked up. You mail the transcript to the college, university, institution, etc.

Former Students: Transcript requests must be made in writing. Transcripts may only be requested by the person whose name is on the transcript once a student is 18 or over. A one-time, $5 processing fee is charged for transcripts from the class of 1971-2007. Requests for the class of 2008-present may be faxed (425.820.2412) or emailed to cmcguire@lwsd.org. ** Education Verification: We do not have copies of diplomas. A transcript is verification of graduation from JHS.
